About this site

This site describes the event styling, balloon design and rental services offered by Mama4Creationz, a family-run business based in Monroe, New York. Content is general information, not an offer that can be accepted online. Photos show past events. Colors, items and layouts for your event may differ.

Prices

• Package prices are "starting at" prices. They include setup and styling. They do not include delivery, which is billed by zone, or any sales tax that applies.
• Rental items and custom work are priced by quote.
• Prices and availability can change until you have a written quote. A quote is good for the period stated on it.
• We work to keep this site accurate, but errors can happen. If a price or description here is wrong, your written quote controls.

Booking

• Sending a form, booking a consult or receiving a quote does not reserve your date.
• Your date is reserved only when you have signed our contract and paid the amount due at signing.
• Deposits, payment dates, changes, cancellations, damage and loss are covered in your contract.
• Custom choices lock 21 days before your event so we have time to source and build.

Payments

Quotes, contracts and invoices are sent through HoneyBook, our booking and payment provider. Your invoice shows the total due for each payment method we accept before you pay.

Photos and content

The text, photos, logo and design on this site belong to Mama4Creationz or are used with permission. You may view the site and share links to it. Please do not copy, edit or reuse our photos or content for business purposes without our written permission.

Using the site

Do not misuse the site. That includes trying to break into it, overloading it, copying it in bulk by automated means, or submitting false or harmful information.

Other websites and services

The site links to services we do not control, including HoneyBook, Google, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Disclaimers

We provide this website "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties about the website that are not written in these terms.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Mama4Creationz is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages that result from using this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under New York law that cannot be waived, and nothing here changes our responsibilities under your signed event contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute about the website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Orange County, New York.
