• Details you give us. When you book a consult, request a quote or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, event date, guest count, event town or venue, and anything you tell us about your event.
• Booking and payment records. If you hire us, we keep your quote, contract, invoices and payment status. Card and bank details are entered on our payment provider's secure pages. We do not see or store full card numbers.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the date and time of each visit.
• Photos. We photograph the setups we create. The "Event photos" section below explains how we use them.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies, does not run advertising pixels and does not track you across other sites. The fonts and images on this site are served from our own website, not from outside services. If we add analytics or similar tools later, we will update this policy first.

• HoneyBook. Our booking form, scheduling, contracts, invoices and online payments run on HoneyBook. Information you enter there is handled by HoneyBook under its own privacy policy.
• Google. We use Google services for email and calendar.
• Website hosting. Our site is hosted in the United States by a commercial hosting provider.
• Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Google reviews. Links on this site open those services, which have their own policies.

We share information with these providers only as needed to run our business.

Event photos

With permission, we show photos of events we have styled on this website and on social media. If a photo of your event or of you appears here and you want it removed, contact us and we will take it down.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry details while we are in touch with you. If you become a client, we keep your records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. After that we delete them or archive them securely.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, as New York law requires. No website or business can promise perfect security. If a security incident affects your private information, we will notify you as the law requires.

Children

This website is for adults planning events. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
